Every once in a while, we get rainy weather when we go for one of our drives up the mountain – this time, it is an opportunity to check out how the Quattro, Audi’s AWD system, works.
Audi first came out with the quattro system in the 1980’s and swept the World Rally Championships with it. Audi Quattro made some famous names even more famous – champions like Stig Blomquist, Hannu Mikkola, Michele Mouton and Walter Rohrl come to mind to those old enough to remember.
